Minutes of the Board of Trustees Meeting of the Indian Renaissance Institute dated 23.04.2023
On the outset, Chairman welcomed the members came to attend the Board of Trustees meeting. The following members attended the meeting:

- Shri V.P. Arya – Trustee
- Shri Rajinder K. Sharma – Trustee
- Shri Debabrata Pal – Trustee

- Shri Jitender Dagar – Special Invitee
- Shri Sandeep Chaudhary _ Special Invitee
- Shri Hawa Singh Hooda – Special Invitee
Then the Secretary started discussion on the agenda.
- Minutes of the previous Board of Trustees Meeting held on 15.10.22 were read out by the Secretary and approved/confirmed by the House/members of Board of Trustees.
- Agenda 1 & 2
Then the discussion was taken on agenda No. 1 & 2 together. It was informed by the Secretary that despite repeated requests, emails and registered letters from the side of Chairman as well as Secretary and some other Trustees/Members Mr Pancholi is not allowing the shifting of office from his house to the new address. The decision to shift the office from his house was taken when:
- he disconnect the internet facility from February – March 2022 and
- asked Mr. Pramod Mishra our office manager/clerk not to attend office in his absence, and took away the keys of office from Mr. Pramod Mishra, thus abandoning the working of the Institute.
Therefore, a decision was taken in the meeting Dt. 13.08.22 of five office bearers in which he participated and agreed to the proposal. Then this decision was endorsed in the Board of Trustees meeting dt.15.10.22.
Mr. Debabarata Pal read out the WhatsApp message he received from Mr. Pancholi which shows that he is lobbying trustees not to attend the meeting and thus working against the Indian Renaissance Institute. His WhatsApp massage was condemned by the House unanimously. Mr. Pal also read out his answer to him in the meeting which formed the part of deliberations of the meeting and attached herewith. Mr. V.P. Arya, also read out his e-mail dated 23.04.23 to Mr Pancholi which is also attached.
All the members expressed their concern and after lively debate passed resolution No.1/2023 wherein requested Mr. Pancholi to abide by the decisions of Board of Trustees and another resolution No.2/2023 authorizing Chairman and Secretary to take action against Mr. Pancholi as deemed fit. Both the resolutions were passed unanimously

Agenda-3
Shri S.R. Singh explained the position of the Court Case at Nanital High Court and informed that there is no development. The case in where it was, the next date is fixed in June 2023. Since 3 new judges have recently joined the Nainital High court, we hope that our case will proceed.
Agenda-4
Mr. Debabrata Pal informed that he had learned that our property at 15, Bankim Chandra Chatterjee Road have been disposed off by our members having custody thereof. How much amount they got and how it has been utilized is not known to him.
Agenda-5
The financial position of Indian Renaissance Institute is not at all fine. The amount in hand is just sufficient for one month, after May 2023. Rest, we have to manage.
Any other points.
Our Regd Office is at M-16 Sector-11, Noida-201301, Gautam Buddh Nagar (UP). It is learned that no responsible person is living there. Hence it is proposed to change the Regd Office to H-901, Elite Homes, Sectro-77, Noida-201301 Gautam Buddh Nagar (UP), the residence of Sh. V.K.Jain, our Chairman at present. The proposal was accepted unanimously.
Sanction of New Membership
After due consideration the membership of the following new members who had deposited their membership form and the requisite membership fee was sanctioned by the Board of Trustees:

The meeting ended with vote of thanks to the Chairman and light refreshment.
